• Die kurzfristige und erfolgreiche Durchführung von Entwicklungsaufgaben und das Finden von Innovationen stellt heute im Kontext der Globalisierung und der immer kürzer werdenden Produktlebenszyklen mehr denn je eine zentrale Herausforderung für Unternehmen dar. Hierzu ist es notwendig, dass aus einer Vielzahl unstrukturierter Gedanken Ideen entstehen und aus diesen Ideen Innovationen erzeugt werden. Dieser Prozess kann nicht durch Logik, Intelligenz und Routine alleine erfolgreich durchgeführt werden. Ebenso ist der Output dieser Abläufe nicht mit entsprechender finanzieller oder kapazitiver Ausstattung beliebig skalierbar. Hier setzen die bekannten Kreativitätstechniken an, um diesen Prozess zu beschleunigen und um diesen mit einem qualitativ höheren Output zu versehen. Diese Methoden haben sich in der Lehre und der Wirtschaft etabliert, wurden aber gerade im Hinblick auf die sich rasant entwickelnden Kommunikationsmittel wie beispielsweise Smartphones oder iPads nicht angepasst. Dieser Prozess kann nicht durch Logik, Intelligenz und Routine alleine erfolgreich durchgeführt werden. Ebenso ist der Output dieser Abläufe nicht mit entsprechender finanzieller oder kapazitiver Ausstattung beliebig skalierbar. Hier setzen die bekannten Kreativitätstechniken an, um diesen Prozess zu beschleunigen und um diesen mit einem qualitativ höheren Output zu versehen. Diese Methoden haben sich in der Lehre und der Wirtschaft etabliert, wurden aber gerade im Hinblick auf die sich rasant entwickelnden Kommunikationsmittel wie beispielsweise Smartphones oder iPads nicht angepasst. Bei genauer Betrachtung der aktuell eingesetzten Innovationsmethoden ist festzustellen, dass praktisch alle Methoden für eine Durchführung innerhalb der Arbeitszeit in einem kleinen Zeitrahmen von 1-2 Stunden ausgelegt sind. Eine Ausnahme bildet die die sogenannte „Collective Notebook“ Methode („gemeinsamer Notizblock“). Der Vorteil dieser Art des schriftlichen Brainstormings (im Gegensatz zu den meisten anderen Methoden) ist, dass die Teilnehmer nicht zeitgleich am gleichen Ort sein müssen und die Ideen ganz spontan zu der Zeit und an dem Ort notiert werden können, an dem sie entstehen. Diese Methode setzt damit die wichtige Erkenntnis um, dass für die persönliche Kreativität eines Menschen die passende Umgebung eine sehr wichtige Rolle spielt. Sie macht die Teilnehmer frei von einer „verordneten“ Kreativität zur Arbeitszeit in einem Besprechungszimmer. Nachteilig an der im Vorangegangenen vorgestellten „Collective Notebook Methode“ ist dagegen die Tatsache, dass der Entwickler während des Zeitraumes, über den die Methode läuft, abgeschnitten ist von den Ideen der anderen Teilnehmer. Die Kernidee der Kreativitätstechniken, durch Zusammenarbeit einen Fortschritt durch gegenseitige Interaktion – und damit durch gegenseitiges „Hochschaukeln“ einer Idee – zu erreichen, geht mit dem Trennen der Verbindung zwischen den Entwicklern verloren. Hier setzt das vorgestellte Forschungsprojekt an. Im durchgeführten Entwicklungsprojekt wurde eine Methode entwickelt („vernetzte Notepad-Methode“) und implementiert, die die oben beschriebene Trennung zwischen den Entwicklern, die parallel aber ohne Kommunikation an einer innovativen Problemlösung arbeiten, aufhebt. Dadurch konnte einerseits die Erkenntnis umgesetzt werden, dass die größten Innovationssprünge durch Ideen in der Freizeit ermöglicht werden. Ebenso wurde aber auch der positive Aspekt der klassischen Innovationstechniken erhalten, nach dem eine enge Zusammenarbeit der Entwickler zu besseren Ideen und damit letztendlich zur Innovation führt. Diese Zusammenarbeit wurde im vorliegenden Ansatz durch eine geeignete Kombination aus moderner Kommunikations-Hardware und einer leicht zu bedienenden Software erreicht.…

This process cannot be carried out by logic, intelligence and routine only successfully. Also the output of these procedures can not be arbitrarily scaleable with appropriate budget or capacity. Here the known creativity technologies begin to accelerate this process and to provide this with a qualitatively higher output. These methods have set up in the apprenticeship and the economy, however, were not adapted just in view of the rapidly developing communicative devices as for example Smartphones or iPads. An exception forms the so-called 'Collective Notebook Method'. The advantage of this kind of the written brainstorming (in contrast to most other methods) is that the participants must not be at the same time at the same place and the ideas can be taken down quite spontaneously at the time and at the place at which they originate. This method moves with it the important knowledge that for the personal creativity of a person the suitable surroundings play a very important role. The method makes the participants freely from an 'enacted' creativity at the working hours in a discussion room. Disadvantageously in the 'Collective Notebook Method' introduced in the preceding is against it the fact that the developer is cut off during the period for which the method runs by the ideas of the other participants. The core idea of the creativity technologies, to reach by cooperation a progress by mutual interaction - and with it by mutual 'raising' an idea – gets lost with the separation of the connection between the developers. Here the introduced research project begins. In the carried out development project a method was developed ('Connected Notepad Method') and implemented which lifts the separation described above between the developers, who work in parallel but without communication on an innovative problem solution. The knowledge could be thereby moved on the one hand that the biggest innovation jumps are allowed by ideas in the spare time. But the positive aspect of the classical innovation technologies after which a close collaboration of the developers leads to better ideas and with it at last to the innovation was also kept. This cooperation was reached in the present approach by a suitable combination of modern communication hardware and software slightly to be served.…
