The objective of this work is to present different mathematical optimization strategies that help combat the problems generated by COVID-19. To this end, different strategies are presented that use optimization methodologies commonly applied in other areas of science to address problems such as vaccine logistics, energy consumption, environmental impact, economic impact and management of health resources.
