First of all this study discusses the problem of the investigation of scientific information and of structured presentation of scientific information sources. As consequence of the conclusion that a universally usable information investigation system does not exist we designed a model of a system which frees the theoretical and intellectual process from technical ballast. It is based on two central functional elements: 1. The standardized compressing of the contents of information sources guarantees that the user finds quickly and exactly the information of his special interest. 2. The visualising principle generates a three-dimensional picture from a one dimensional information resource.
