"Die arbeitsorientierte Wende in der Didaktik beruflicher Bildung hebt die 'bedeutsamen' beruflichen Arbeitssituationen und das darauf bezogene Arbeitsprozesswissen als Dreh- und Angelpunkt für die Gestaltung beruflicher Bildungsgänge und -prozesse hervor. Die Dramatik dieses Perspektivwechsels besteht nicht nur in der Abkehr von einer fach- und wissenschaftssystematischen Didaktik, sondern in der entwicklungstheoretisch begründeten Ausarbeitung einer beruflichen Didaktik für die Berufsbildungspraxis und die Berufsbildungsplanung. Für die gestaltungsorientierte Didaktik beruflicher Bildung, die diese Wende frühzeitig vollzogen hat, geht es in diesem Zusammenhang um eine Ausdifferenzierung der Wissenskategorie, vor allem unter dem Aspekt des praktischen Wissens und der praktischen Begriffe und auch als Grundlage für eine domänenspezifische Berufsbildungsforschung." "The paradigmatic change towards a work related didactic of vocational education and training (VET) refers to the concept of developmental (vocational) tasks and paradigmatic work situations. Work process knowledge becomes the turning point for designing vocational curricula and shaping VET processes. The dramatic of this change of paradigm is not only rooted in the break with the systematizing of curricula subjects corresponding with academic knowledge systems, but in the challenge for realizing a developmental theoretically founded didactic for VET. The shaping-oriented VET didactic corresponds with the new paradigm and can be seen as its deeper root. Work process and shaping-oriented VET didactic has to develop a deeper understanding of practical knowledge and a research programme on (subjective) practical categories, series and knowledge."
