Basis of the dissertation are current building damage investigations in Germany. The annual lack and damage repair costs amount to on the basis of evaluated appraisals 4.1 % of the building investments and lie more highly than the past data of the building damage reports of the Federal Government. An improvement of the building quality cannot be recognized despite introduction of quality management systems in the last years. Diagnostic tools from the stationary industry for the statement of an agreement lacking of the demanded quality with the reached quality during the execution of construction are not directly applicable. Constructing on new beginnings for the interactive and interdisciplinary compression of all examinations in this work a system is pointed out for quality assurance in the execution of construction. This is called system of the "helping examinations". Basic modules are deduced from the application of the possibility of “Failure Mode Effects Analyse” with consideration of process specific experiences as well as prophylaxis criteria, from errors, lack of building and building damage. The system of the "helping examinations" is a dynamic system for build-accompanying quality assurance in the execution of construction. It makes the concatenation possible of the examinations more differently at the building of participants constructing on a self-monitoring by the implementing. Automatic comparisons of the inspection results and the transparency of the system create more confidence between at the building took part. At the time of consistent execution of the co-ordinated testing methods only up-to-date information and knowledge conditions can make possible the continuation of building works and supplies in the sub processes. The verification of the system of the "helping examinations" took place in the context of the research work as build-operational communication model.
