Abstract:: Network security today is mostly enforced on the edge of the network. Thus, security within the network cannot be enforced. With the advent of Software-Defined Networking (SDN) a unique possibility arises to resolve this issue. SDN can be used to provide fine-grained filtering in the network. However, the filtering capabilities of this SDN approach are limited. Thus, Network Function Virtualization (NFV) is used in addition to provide additional filtering options.
Translated abstract:: Netzsicherheit wird heutzutage meist nur am Rand des Netzes durchgesetzt und ist daher innerhalb des Netzes gefährdet Mit dem Aufkommen von Software-Defined Networking (SDN) entsteht eine neue Möglichkeit, dies zu lösen. Es wird gezeigt, wie SDN verwendet werden kann, um eine feingranulare Filterung im Netz bereitzustellen. Die Filterfunktionen dieses Ansatzes sind jedoch beschränkt. Daher wird zusätzlich Network Function Virtualization (NFV) verwendet, um zusätzliche Optionen bereitzustellen.
