Multiplier training for educators is very common, but little research has been done on it. The aim of this dissertation is to focus on the didactic potential and to examine how multiplier training can be supported by e-learning.

In the first part a blended learning concept for multiplier training is developed and tested in the context of a research project. In the second part a process model and a semantic map with e-learning-tools are designed to gain a deeper insight into the subject matter.

Multiplikatorische Fortbildungen für pädagogische Professionals sind sehr verbreitet, aber wenig erforscht. In der vorliegenden Dissertation soll sich auf das didaktische Potenzial konzentriert werden: So wird untersucht, wie multiplikatorische Fortbildungen durch E-Learning unterstützt werden können.

Dabei wird in der ersten Phase eine multiplikatorische Blended-Learning-Konzeption am Beispiel eines Forschungsprojekts entwickelt und erprobt.

In der zweiten Phase wird in einem Prozessmodellierungsworkshop ein Prozessmodell für multiplikatorische Lehrkräftefortbildungen und darauf aufbauend in einem Ideenworkshop eine semantische E-Learning-Landkarte mit Unterstützungstools entwickelt, welche mit dem Prozessmodell verknüpft ist und tiefere Einsichten in die Thematik ermöglichen soll.
