• Pulmonale Hypertonie (PH) als Folge einer Linksherzerkrankung ist die häufigste Form der PH. Die Identifikation des klinischen Phänotyps der Erkrankung ist oft herausfordernd. Im Rahmen dieser Studie wurden anthropometrische, hämodynamische und funktionelle Daten von Patienten, die sich zwischen 2008 und 2015 in der Lungenhochdruckambulanz der Missioklinik Würzburg vorstellten und ein komplettes diagnostisches Work-Up entsprechend der ESC/ERS Leitlinien durchliefen, retrospektiv analysiert.
• Pulmonary hypertension due to left heart disease (PH-LHD) is the most common cause of pulmonary hypertension. Identifying the clinical phenotype of PH-LHD is often challenging. This study retrospectively analyzes anthropometric, hemodynamic and functional data of patients presenting at the PH outpatient clinic of Mission Medical Hospital from 2008-2015 and receiving a complete diagnostic work-up according to the ESC/ERS guidelines.
