Summary

A new 2c-nucleus-suspension was described, which should be used as a standard for impulscytophotometry. With this standard it is possible to check and to adjust impulscytophotometers and to calibrate unknown samples.

Zusammenfassung

Es wurde die Herstellung einer 2c-Kern-Suspension beschrieben, die als Standard für die Durchflußcytophotometrie dienen soll. Mit ihm können die Geräte überprüft und justiert und unbekannte Proben kalibriert werden.
