Zusammenfassung

Der Plasmaexpander ≫Haemaccel≪ eignet sich als Verdünnungsflüssigkeit für Serum and Suspensionsflüssigkeit für Erythrozyten zum Nachweis unvollständiger Rh-Antikörper. Erythrozyten, die in ≫Haemaccel≪ suspendiert und über Nacht bei Kühlschranktemperatur aufbewahrt werden, zeigen hinsichtlich ihrer Agglutinierbarkeit keine Veränderung. Verdünnungen unvollständiger Rh-Antikörper, die in ≫Haemaccel≪Rh-positive Erythrozyten agglutiniert haben, können auch nach längerem Stehen dieser Ansätze, Durchmischung und erneuter kurzer Inkubation das gleiche Agglutinationsbild erzeugen wie nach der üblichen Inkubationszeit von 30 Min. bei 37° C.

Der Plasmaexpander ≫Haemaccel≪ ist wesentlich billiger als die zum Nachweis von unvollständigen Rh-Antikörpern im Handel befindlichen Verdünnungsflüssigkeiten.
