Operation duration, bleeding quatity in operation,Operation therapeutic efficacy, hospitalization expenses and patient’s evaluation to the operation.
Result: the score of VAS of local anesthesia was 3.18±0.46. Cases with no pain and mild pain account for 78.28 percent. moderate pain 16.71 percent, severe pain 5.01 percent. The average bleeding quantity in operation, Complication incurrence rate, cure rate 6 months after operatin, operation cost, patients’ evaluation in local anesthesia group was 43.25士27.46(ml), 41.14士9.479(min) , 1.78%, 4000-6000 yuan(RMB), 9.28±2.21 score.
Conclusion: For the endoscopic sinus surgery, most cases can be conducted in local anesthesia if the indication were adequate and sophisticated skills and advanced instrument available.
