Die Studie des Europäischen Migrationsnetzwerks (EMN) thematisiert die Anwendung der Abschiebungshaft und ihrer Alternativen in Deutschland. Sie gibt eine Übersicht über die aktuellen rechtlichen Rahmenbedingungen und ihre Umsetzung in den deutschen Bundesländern.
The study of the European Migration Network (EMN) addresses the application of detention and its alternatives in Germany. It provides an overview of the current legal framework and its implementation in the German Länder.
