  This volume contains the papers presented at AIQxQIA 2023 (International Workshop on AI for Quantum and Quantum for AI) held within the XXII Conference of the Italian Association for Artificial Intelligence (AI*IA 2023), from November 6 to November 9, 2023. Summary: There were 14 papers submitted for peer-review to this workshop. Out of these, 6 papers were accepted for this volume, 2 as regular papers and 4 as short papers.
