Entwicklung und Evaluation eines zielgruppenspezifischen Präventionsprogramms zur Verringerung von Wegeunfällen
Die hohe Zahl von Unfällen auf dem Arbeitsweg insbesondere von Fahranfängern gab Anlass für die Entwicklung eines spezifischen Präventionsprogamms. Während der mehrtägigen Durchführung wurden Inhalte aus den Disziplinen Verkehrspsychologie, -pädagogik und -physik miteinander verknüpft angeboten. Dabei kamen sowohl praktische Elemente, wie Simulator- und Nachtfahrten als auch theoretische Aspekte, wie etwa gruppen- oder anfängerspezifische Zusammenhänge zur Anwendung. Die formative und summative Evaluation erfolgte unter anderem mittels der Erhebung verschiedener Einstellungsmaße. Auf Basis dieser Daten zeigte sich nach Abschluss des Programms eine signifikant positive Veränderung. Diese Verbesserung war jedoch ein halbes Jahr nach Durchführung nur noch tendenziell ausgeprägt. Die grundlegende Empfehlung sieht daher die weitere Etablierung des Pogramms vor, dessen Bestandteile jedoch – didaktisch sorgfältig geplant – über einen deutlich längeren Zeitraum vermittelt werden sollten.
The high number of accidents on the way to work especially of novice drivers was the reason for the development of a specific prevention program. During its execution several content of the disciplines of traffic psychology, pedagogy and physics were provided. There were applied both practical elements, such as simulator and night trips as well as theoretical aspects, such as consequences of groupthink or the driving-motivation of novice drivers. The evaluation mainly contained the change of attitudes to driving-specific terms. On the basis of these data after the completion of the programme, a significant positive change could be indicated. This improvement, however, after a half of a year only tended to that positive result. Therefore the basic recommendation is a further establishment this program. Though its elements should be – didactic carefully – arranged over a much longer period of time.
